How do I find my dashboard?
Your dashboard URL is www.roofbot.org/dashboard/your-id — it was in your welcome SMS and email when you signed up.
My bot isn't responding to texts.
Check that your account status is Active in Settings. If it shows pending, payment may not have completed. Email us and we'll fix it fast.
How do I cancel?
Dashboard → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Cancel subscription. Or email us and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours.
