Is there really no setup fee?
None. You pay the monthly or annual subscription — that's it. Your phone number, Twilio SMS, AI calls, and all features are included in the flat rate.
What counts toward per-message costs?
Nothing. RoofBot handles all Twilio and AI API costs internally. You pay one flat rate regardless of how many leads or messages come in.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Full access to all features on your chosen plan for 7 days. Your card is charged after the trial ends. If you cancel before day 7, you'll be prompted to add payment info. If you don't, the bot simply pauses — your data stays for 90 days.
Can I switch plans later?
